**Notice:  Medical insurance will be billed for the initial consultation if it regards a reconstructive concern. We continue to attempt preauthorization for you if your condition is likely to be approved by your insurance company as medically necessary and reconstructive. Preauthorization’s are not done for cosmetic concerns. Reconstructive consultations are billed to insurance.  Deductibles and copays will apply.

We continue to offer free consultations to those with cosmetic (out of pocket) concerns

Cosmetic Consultation:  

**A Cosmetic Consultation is free. However, Cosmetic Consultations can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the procedure request. To hold this appointment, we require a credit card on file. If for any reason you “no show” without a 24 hour notice, we will charge your credit card a $100 non-refundable fee.

*Insurance Based Consultation:

An Insurance Based Consultation will be billed through your primary insurance company.  If you decide to move forward with surgery through your insurance company, we will attempt to get pre-authorization for you. However, you will be responsible to pay your co-pay and whatever your insurance does not cover for the consultation. Every insurance company differs in regards to the allowed billable amount and your out of pocket deductible.

If you would prefer to pay out of pocket for surgery, we will NOT charge you for your consultation.
